Responsibilities

• Constant daily, weekly and monthly sales monitoring of 3 shops (2 branches of laundry shops and an online shop with showroom).
• Oversee maintenance of trackers and logbooks to ensure activities are tracked and recorded.
• Oversee financial reports in coordination with the finance manager and cash handling across all shops.
• Oversee stock levels and coordinate deliveries to ensure smooth operations across all shops.
• Recruit, train and coach staff on sales techniques, customer service standards, and operational compliance.
• Handle customer escalation and minimize financial impact from complaints.
• Draft and implement scorecards across all staff.
• Coordinate and facilitate regular weekly and monthly business reviews involving other departments.

Job description

• Constant daily, weekly and monthly sales monitoring of 3 shops ( 2 branches of laundry shops and an online shop with showroom. Will analyze sales trends, strategize and implement action plans to result to optimum sales output and excellent customer satisfaction.
