Job summary

Rozko Transport is seeking a capable Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipments, documentation, and delivery execution. You will ensure timely, compliant, and cost-efficient movement of goods while serving as the primary contact for clients, drivers, and partner carriers.

You will plan schedules, assign trucks, track shipments with GPS, resolve delays, coordinate with warehouses, and prepare shipping documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or transport operations.
• Knowledge of domestic shipping procedures, Incoterms, regulatory requirements.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills in English/Tagalog.
• Proficiency with MS Office, GPS tracking systems, TMS, and basic ERP.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask under pressure and be customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor domestic shipments (LTL, FTL, inter-island).
• Assign trucks/drivers and issue delivery orders (DO) and trip tickets.
• Track shipments in real time using GPS monitoring and driver updates.
• Resolve delivery issues (delays, rerouting, customer concerns) promptly.
• Coordinate with warehouse for loading/unloading schedules.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents: DR, Waybill, Invoice, Packing List.
• Ensure cargo details match weight, volume, destination, and handling requirements.
• Comply with BOC, LTO, LTFRB, and DOT regulations for transport of goods.
• Maintain accurate filing of all shipping records (digital & physical).

About the role

Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, drivers, and partner carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor domestic shipments (full truck load, less than truck load, inter-island)
• Assign trucks/drivers and issue delivery orders (DO) and trip tickets
• Track shipments in real time using GPS monitoring and regular driver updates
• Resolve delivery issues (delays, rerouting, customer concerns) promptly
• Coordinate with warehouse for loading/unloading schedules
• Prepare and verify shipping documents: Delivery Receipts (DR), Gate Pass, Waybill, Invoice, Packing List
• Ensure all cargo details match: weight, volume, piece count, destination, special handling requirements
• Comply with BOC, LTO, LTFRB, and DOT regulations for transport of goods
• Maintain accurate filing of all shipping records (digital & physical)

About you
