Job Summary
This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring accurate and timely billing, maintaining high-quality data management, and providing excellent cross-department collaboration to support smooth business operations.
MUST BE CUSTOMS BROKERAGE WITH 2 YEARS LOGISTICS EXPERIENCE and/or CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATION.
Key Responsibilities
- Check, input, update, and maintain the accuracy and completeness of quotations and other data in the database, ensuring consistency and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee billing processes and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including communication about products and services, providing quotations, and conducting client visits.
- Collect payments from clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Review and verify data/quotations for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and perform routine quality control checks to maintain data integrity.
- Organize and maintain data files and records for easy access, ensuring compliance with internal protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, address data-related inquiries, and assist with retrieval needs.
- Participate in meetings to share insights on data management and process improvements.
- Ensure confidentiality, security, and privacy of sensitive data in line with legal and company requirements.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, orrelated field is an advantage.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience with the job title in a logistics industry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
