Responsibilities
Received NOA or new BL from declarant.
Updating monitoring.
Registry – arrival – port – shipping line – remarks.
Checking if the BL received is subject to DDT or direct to truck.
Request billing invoice from shipping lines.
Once received billing invoice, request cash advance from accounting.
Prepare documents for shipping, either manual or electronic process.
Monitor shipments for possible WEB.
For manual shipping, print documents needed for WEB.
Monitor discharge date for storage and gate pass purposes.
Once done, issue a delivery order.
Request demurrage/detention computation and countercheck.
Request original receipts from shipping lines.
Prepare documents for request of stripping if flat truck.
Prepare documents for permit to withdraw.

Monitor discharge date for storage and gate pass purposes
Once done, issue a delivery order and once already discharged, print delivery order and give it to the trucking coordinator for gate pass purposes
Request demurrage/detention computation and countercheck demurrage and detention free time from declarants
Once received deposit slip, request original receipts from shipping lines
Prepare documents for request of stripping if flat truck / request for service through ATI WEBTRACK
Prepare documents for permit to withdraw
