Job summary

The Abaca Group Inc is seeking a hospitality supervisor to oversee daily operations and uphold high service standards in a full-time role based in Metro Manila.

You will schedule staff, ensure food safety and quality, resolve guest concerns, and maintain a welcoming dining environment with attention to cleanliness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or hospitality management is an advantage.
• Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
• Strong management skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Check staff working hours and smartly schedule breaks to avoid overtime.
• Overseeing food preparation, presentation and storage to ensure in compliance with food and safety regulations.
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure timely ordering of stocks and supplies, verifying quality and quantity upon receipt.
• Maintain an approachable and friendly facial expression and body language to ensure a welcoming and pleasant demeanor, serving as a role model.
• Ensure a high-quality dining experience through attentive service, prompt resolution of guest concerns and complaints, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
• Ensure cleanliness of the facility and equipment, and organize the storage to ensure product security and optimization.
