• Oversee store resources to ensure maximum utilization and cost efficiency.
• Supervise shift teams and ensure adequate staffing per shift.
• Ensure proper implementation of building maintenance, operations and safety standards.
• Monitor equipment, lighting and kitchen facilities; report repairs as needed.
• Maintain cash handling discipline and accurate deposits per policy.
