Responsibilities

• Supervise Restaurant Team Members during shifts and ensure adequate staffing.
• Monitor and ensure proper floor control and guest engagement in dining area.
• Maintain cleanliness, preventive maintenance, and equipment readiness.
• Control costs related to labor, food, supplies and utilities per budget.
• Implement cash handling and service standards across Front and Back of House.
