Job summary

iKitchen, Inc is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead financial and operational performance. You will drive sales targets, manage budgets, control costs, and ensure safety and sanitation across all stations.

You will coach frontline teams, maintain guest satisfaction, and act as a brand ambassador, ensuring compliance with company policies and health standards. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hotel/restaurant management or related field.
• 5+ years in a managerial role in casual dining.
• RMDP or equivalent certification required by Operations Team.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coach and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations to achieve sales targets and profitability.
• Control labor and food costs; prepare store budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation standards are met across all stations.
• Lead and develop staff; coach ARM, Shift Manager and partners.
• Deliver a Truly Heart Warming guest experience and maintain brand standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction, handle complaints, and promote community engagement.
