Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field.
• 5+ years managerial experience in Casual Dining.
• RMDP certification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve target sales and profitability for the restaurant.
• Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements and identify variances and opportunities.
• Hit target labor cost and food cost targets set by management.
• Prepare store budgets based on targets and projections.
• Manage store resources (staff, equipment, processes, materials, money) and monitor costs for efficiency.
• Control costs by reviewing portions, minimizing waste, and ensuring quality food prep.
• Drive continuous improvement across operations to reduce costs and enhance quality.
• Ensure proper cash handling and deposit practices in line with policy.
• Plan and direct programs to promote customer loyalty and monthly/yearly sales targets.
• Act as Product and Service Quality Manager and oversee audits.
• Implement and monitor health, safety, and company standards across all stores.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies on discipline, safety, and service.
