Job summary

iKitchen, Inc in Consolacion, Cebu seeks a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage finances, and lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring service quality, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.

You will plan staffing, monitor equipment, collaborate with vendors, and drive improvements across labor, food costs, and customer experience to deliver a Truly Heart Warming Experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hotel/restaurant management or related field.
• 5+ years as a shift manager or assistant manager in casual dining.
• RMDP and other certifications required by Operations Team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Restaurant Manager for daily operations and financial records.
• Support achieving monthly and yearly sales targets while maintaining service quality.
• Plan staffing, machine status, and resource allocation; ensure equipment is well maintained.
• Coach Shift Managers and Partners to uphold restaurant standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies; foster customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory and product forecasting; implement improvement plans.
