Job summary

iKitchen, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Finance and Operations Manager to coordinate with the Restaurant Manager, maintain financial and administrative records, and drive cost controls for labor, food, and utilities.

You will oversee store resources, staffing, equipment, and vendor relations, ensure timely deposits and cash control, and support monthly Profit and Loss reporting while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Services, Hospitality, Operations Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a Shift Manager or Assistant Manager role in casual dining.
• RMDP and other certifications required by Operations Team

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Restaurant Manager for daily operations and maintain financial and administrative records.
• Meet sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction and follow restaurant procedures for productivity.
• Manage labor, food, and utilities costs and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and monthly profit and loss reporting.
• Lead staffing across all stations and coach Shift Manager and Partners on standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and government regulations and maintain a safe, clean environment.
