RAM Food Products Inc. is seeking a Cadet Shift Engineer to support daily operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of plant equipment and utilities.

The role offers hands-on engineering experience and collaboration with production, quality, and maintenance teams. You will monitor equipment, assist preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation issues, and contribute to uptime and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field with fresh graduates welcome.
• Familiarity with pumps, motors, conveyors, compressors, boilers and production equipment.
• Basic troubleshooting and ability to read engineering drawings and manuals.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles and safety practices.
• Strong communication, teamwork and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining production equipment, utilities and facilities.
• Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and instrumentation issues.
• Support startup, shutdown and changeover activities.
• Prepare maintenance reports and update equipment records.
• Contribute to cost-reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives.
