Job summary

RAM Food Products Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment and building systems to ensure safe, efficient operations in Laguna.

The role covers utilities, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and related systems with adherence to GMP and safety standards. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in facilities maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or food processing, and a relevant technical diploma or degree.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and plumbing systems.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, air compressors, boilers, generators, and water systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of facility equipment and utilities.
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, water, and wastewater systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment breakdowns and abnormalities.
• Inspect buildings, utilities, and infrastructure for reliability.
• Support facility improvement projects and equipment installations.
• Respond to facility emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, environmental, and machine safety requirements.
