Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• 1–2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or process engineering is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds may also be considered.
• Knowledge of production planning, process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and productivity analysis.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and occupational safety standards is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
