Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up proofer and chiller for proper dough proofing.
• Operate ovens at correct temperature and time.
• Check quality, appearance, and consistency of baked products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of baking area/equipment.
• Handle and store ingredients and baking materials properly.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Report damaged products, equipment problems, or ingredient shortages to supervisor/manager.
• Assist production team with additional tasks as needed.
