Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Senior High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Candidates with or without experience are encouraged to apply!
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Hardworking, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Can follow instructions and work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Sets up proofer and chiller for dough proofing before topping and baking.
• Operates and monitors ovens at correct temperature and time.
• Checks quality, appearance, and consistency of baked products.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of baking area and equipment.
• Handles and stores ingredients and baking materials properly.
• Follows food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Reports damaged products, equipment issues, or shortages to supervisor/manager.
• Assists production team with other tasks when needed.
