Job summary

BreadTalk Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Baker-Ovenman to prepare, bake, and ensure the quality of bread and pastries in line with company recipes and standards. The successful candidate will set up proofer and chiller, monitor ovens, and maintain cleanliness across the baking area.

Experience is not required, and candidates with or without prior bakery work are encouraged to apply. Weekend and holiday shifts are part of the schedule in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher (various diplomas accepted).
• Candidates with or without experience are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Hardworking, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Can follow instructions and work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up proofer and chiller for proper dough proofing before topping and baking.
• Operate and monitor ovens at correct temperatures and times.
• Check quality, appearance, and consistency of baked products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of baking area and equipment.
• Properly store ingredients and baking materials; follow food safety procedures.
• Report damaged products, equipment issues, or ingredient shortages to supervisor/manager.
• Assist production team with other tasks as needed.
