Job summary

BreadTalk Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Baker-Ovenman to prepare, bake, and ensure the quality of bread, pastries, and other baked goods in line with our standard recipes and quality controls. You will set up proofer and chiller, monitor ovens, and help maintain a clean, safe bakery environment.

Ideal candidates are hardworking, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team setting. Willingness to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Open to applicants with or without experience.
• Willing to work shifting schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up proofer and chiller for proper dough proofing.
• Operate ovens at correct temperature and timing.
• Check quality, appearance, and consistency of baked goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of baking area.
• Handle and store ingredients and baking materials properly.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Report damaged products or shortages to Supervisor/Manager.
• Assist production team with other tasks as needed.
