Job summary

The candidate will support finance on accruals, invoices, and tax documentation, while pushing automation using AI to reduce cycle times and errors. The role requires fluent English, 5+ years of experience, and strong SQL/data analysis capabilities, with emphasis on reproducible

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for cross-regional reporting and analysis.
• 5+ years of work experience in finance or analytics.
• Strong data analysis capability with SQL and large datasets.
• Proficiency with AI tools applied to reconciliation and analytics.
• Excellent business sense and ability to judge data plausibility.
• High rigor and accountability; errors are costly.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Python or automation skills; BI tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end settlement cycle for Vendor partners, translating pricing rules into calculation logic and driving payments to completion.
• Analyze settlement costs by vendor, city, zone, tier, and order type; explain month-over-month movements.
• Convert pricing and incentives changes into settlement logic before go-live and maintain a versioned truth for rules.
• Collaborate with Finance on accruals, invoices, and tax documentation; support month-end close and audits.
• Move settlement processes toward automation and apply AI to reconciliation, anomaly detection, and analysis production.
