Job summary

Doordashmexico is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to manage all aspects of AP, including invoice processing, vendor inquiries, and close support. You will collaborate with the Mexico and US AP teams, cross-functional partners, and external vendors while working remotely from Mexico.

The ideal candidate has experience overseeing outsourced AP operations, strong English communication, and a drive to optimize processes and implement automation with NetSuite and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AP operations for accuracy, timeliness, and policy compliance.
• Review invoices, vendor statements, and exceptions to ensure completeness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Audit AP processes, address gaps, and drive improvement initiatives.
• Document SOPs and support automation and system enhancements.
• Deliver internal training on systems and best practices.
• Support month-end close and Jira ticket management.
