Job description

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Finance & Accounting Manager to lead and strengthen the company’s financial and accounting operations in Mexico.

This is a high-impact role for a professional who thrives in international, technology-driven environments and is ready to act as a true business partner to leadership while ensuring strong financial control, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Analyze financial performance vs. budget and deliver strategic recommendations to leadership
• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, treasury, and month-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Supervise general accounting activities, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Monitor financial KPIs to support short- and long-term business decisions
• Manage cash flow optimization and intercompany operations
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local tax regulations, and internal controls
• Coordinate external audits and maintain strong governance and accounting standards
• Oversee tax compliance and support tax planning initiatives
• Present financial and accounting results to local, regional, and corporate leadership teams
• Partner with commercial and operational teams to align financial strategy with business objectives
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a Finance & Accounting Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong background in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
• Experience in technology companies and/or multinational environments
• Solid understanding of IFRS and international operations (highly desirable)
• Advanced English — required
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
• Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail and accountability
