Job summary

Teads, a leading omnichannel advertising platform, seeks a Finance Manager for Mexico City to lead the Mexico close, ensure US GAAP reporting, and drive financial transformation. You will manage three accounting professionals, partner with regional teams, and oversee external partners for statutory filings and audits.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in accounting/finance, is bilingual (Spanish/English), and can leverage AI/automation to improve reporting and controls in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 6+ years of accounting/finance experience in Mexico with close ownership, reporting, analysis, controls, and audits.
• Experience managing accounting professionals and team leadership.
• Experience in multinational orgs reporting under US GAAP and partnering with US Corporate Finance.
• NetSuite ERP experience preferred; FloQast or similar software helpful.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Ability to leverage AI and automation to improve finance processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close under US GAAP, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and reconciliations.
• Own monthly close, corporate reporting, and analysis of key GL accounts; coordinate audits.
• Manage external accountants, tax advisors, and auditors for statutory reporting and compliance.
• Oversee balance sheet, intercompany, and account reconciliations with strong controls.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and budget-to-actual analyses for senior management.
• Own internal controls for Mexico process and align with global framework.
• Lead ERP transformation initiatives to optimize NetSuite and automate processes.
• Partner with Treasury on cash flow, payables, and working capital.
• Collaborate with LATAM accounting teams on regional AR/AP activities.
• Lead communications on rebate reconciliations and finance inquiries.
• Develop a team of finance professionals; coach and manage performance.
• Collaborate with HR on payroll processes and compliance.
• Support variance analysis with actionable insights; drive process improvements.
• Champion AI/adoption of automation across Finance.
