Job summary

VISEO ASIA in Cebu City is seeking an expert ServiceNow Developer to lead configuration, development and support of the ServiceNow platform across modules and portals.

You will design workflows, write scripts, integrate web services, mentor teammates, and collaborate with admins, analysts, and business units to deliver reliable, scalable portal solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow Application Development (preferred).
• Experience configuring core ServiceNow modules in an enterprise environment.
• In-depth knowledge of implementing ServiceNow Architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of Scoped Applications Development in ServiceNow.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting.
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including Service Portal and ServiceNow APIs.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementer is a must have.
• Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON).
• Experience in System/Process Automation (Orchestration).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.
• Experience working in challenging and ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including ServiceNow administrators, developers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality portal solutions.
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.
