Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead and deliver ServiceNow solutions for complex customer environments. You will drive planning, design, and implementation activities, collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes and smooth post‑implementation support.

The role requires deep experience with the ServiceNow platform, ITSM modules, and integration with third‑party systems, while upholding security and ITIL best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Experience developing custom applications and integrations with third‑party apps.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Experience in customer requirements analysis.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven experience in configuring ServiceNow modules, specifically ITSM.
• E xperience in developing custom applications and integrations with third-party applications
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
