Job summary

VISEO ASIA is seeking a senior ServiceNow developer in Manila to act as the key technical resource for configuring, developing, supporting, and maintaining our ServiceNow implementation. You will troubleshoot complex issues, implement fixes, and perform root cause analysis to deliver reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow Application Development in an enterprise setting.
• Strong knowledge of implementing ServiceNow Architecture.
• Deep understanding of Scoped Applications Development and Scripting.
• Familiarity with Service Portal and ServiceNow APIs.
• Certainty as a ServiceNow Implementer and experience with web services (SOAP/REST/JSON).
• Ability to mentor teammates and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key technical resource for ServiceNow configuration, development, support, and maintenance.
• Provide advanced support by troubleshooting complex problems and performing root cause analysis.
• Analyze business requirements and develop technical specifications.
• Develop modules, workflows, and catalog requests within ServiceNow.
• Design and deliver ServiceNow-based solutions for clients.
• Work with Scoped Applications using ServiceNow Studio.
• Develop Workflow/Flow Design to drive approvals and lifecycle processes.
• Create custom business rules, scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and UI scripts.
• Mentor colleagues and take on leadership responsibilities.
• Integrate ServiceNow data/functions into portals (incidents, knowledge, service catalog).
• Collaborate with admins, developers, and analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.

Job description

• Serve as the key technical resource contributing the configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation.
• Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis.
• Analyze business requirements and develop technical requirements.
• Develop and design and applications modules workflows and catalog requests.
• Develop and deliver ServiceNow-based solutions for clients.
• Develop under Scoped Applications working with ServiceNow Studio.
• Develop Workflow / Flow Design where required to drive Approvals and Process Lifecycle.
• Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL’s, UI scripts.
• Begin to mentor colleagues and take on more leadership responsibility.
• Integrating data and functionality from ServiceNow modules into the portal, such as incident management, knowledge base, and service catalog.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including ServiceNow administrators, developers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality portal solutions.
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow Application Development (preferred)
• Experience configuring core ServiceNow modules in an enterprise environment.
• Possess an in-depth knowledge of implementing ServiceNow Architecture
• Possess an in-depth knowledge of Scoped Applications Development in ServiceNow
• Possess an in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including Service Portal and ServiceNow APIs.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementer is a must have
• Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON)
• Experience in System/Process Automation (Orchestration)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.
• Experience working in challenging and ambiguous environment.
