Job summary

ESOL IT SERVICES INC. seeks an experienced ServiceNow professional to design, develop, and support ServiceNow applications in a Manila-area setting.

You will configure workflows, catalogs, and platform components while maintaining high service levels. You will collaborate with stakeholders and admins to implement integrations (REST/SOAP) and ensure CMDB accuracy, applying best practices and contributing to documentation and reviews.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years total experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow
• Strong ServiceNow platform development experience
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and Script Includes
• Hands-on Flow Designer and IntegrationHub experience
• Experience with Service Catalog and Request Management
• Knowledge of Incident, Change, and Problem Management
• Knowledge of CMDB
• Experience developing and supporting REST/SOAP integrations
• Experience with Update Sets and Source Control
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure and maintain Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Items.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform incidents and defects.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices.
• Support deployments, releases, and change implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, platform admins, architects, and support teams to deliver enhancements.
