Job summary
Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions with emphasis on CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, ITSM, and related processes.
You will collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver scalable platform capabilities, build integrations, and ensure data quality across the service delivery stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, and ITSM experience.
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
- Azure fundamentals and Azure DevOps familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions supporting CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, and ITSM.
- Build workflows, automations, catalog items, and platform enhancements.
- Develop and support integrations using REST and SOAP.
- Configure Flow Designer, Service Catalog, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Support CMDB data quality and discovery enhancements.
- Create technical documentation and transfer knowledge.
- Collaborate with architects and product teams for platform improvements.
