Job summary

GSS HR Solutions Private Limted is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to provide platform support, enhancements, and new capabilities across the ServiceNow platform. You will work with stakeholders, admins, architects, and support teams to ensure stability and continuous improvement.

You will develop and support ServiceNow applications, configure workflows, and create integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub.

Qualifications

• Proven ServiceNow development experience across the platform.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Knowledge of Service Catalog and Request Management.
• Experience handling Incident, Change and Problem Management processes.
• Familiarity with Update Sets and Source Control.
• Certifications such as CSA are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Items.
• Troubleshoot platform incidents and defects; perform root cause analysis.
• Support upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance activities.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation; participate in code reviews.
