Job summary

ABSI is seeking experienced ServiceNow Consultants, Developers, and Managers in the Philippines to drive hands-on platform configuration, development, and workflow automation. The role demands practical experience across development, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support within ServiceNow environments.

Candidates should demonstrate hands-on capability across modules, including ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, HRSD, or CSM, with a track record of delivering client-focused solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation, configuration, development, or consulting experience.
• Must have actual hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience building, configuring, developing, implementing, or supporting ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow Development & Configuration: develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Participate in end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects and support deployments and upgrades.
• Design and implement automated workflows and processes using Flow Designer and related tools.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
