Job summary

Cardinal Health in Philippines seeks a Sr. Engineer ServiceNow Platform Technical Lead (P4) to act as the senior technical authority for the ServiceNow platform, overseeing solution design quality, governance, and a scalable roadmap with product and CoE leadership.

You’ll lead architecture reviews, mentor developers, and coordinate integrations to ensure upgradeability and reliable delivery. The role requires 10+ years in enterprise software with 5+ years in ServiceNow, plus strong ITIL and SDLC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years in enterprise software; 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow administration/development; 5+ years in large IT organizations.
• Deep experience across ITSM, platform upgrades, integrations (SSO/LDAP/REST/SOAP/Integration Hub), and web technologies (JS, HTML, CSS, XML).
• Demonstrated leadership of code reviews, ATF-driven regression testing, and CI/CD with Git and App Repo; strong SDLC/Agile delivery.
• Strong ITIL processes and data fundamentals; excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership, Guidance & Mentorship across global teams.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance to developers and admins; pair program, unblock complex issues, and build reusable patterns.
• Coach citizen developers; define guardrails to scale safely.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions (tech talks, demos, workshops) to spread platform best practices.
• Own solution architecture and technical deliverables (diagrams, data models, ADRs) for new products and integrations.
• Enforce OOTB-first principles, upgrade readiness, and governance to minimize customization.
• Design and validate integrations (SSO, LDAP, REST/SOAP); ensure secure data contracts.
• Lead platform governance, roadmap, and release planning with Platform Owner/Product Owner.
