Job summary

New York Global Consultants Inc. (NYGCI) is seeking a ServiceNow specialist to join our hybrid team in Metro Manila. You will develop and support ServiceNow applications and modules, configure workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.

The role involves troubleshooting incidents, upgrades, and platform maintenance, plus developing integrations using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub. CSA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and support.
• Proficient in Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with Service Catalog and Request Management.
• Strong knowledge of Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• CMDB familiarity and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with Update Sets and Source Control workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Items.
• Troubleshoot platform incidents and defects with root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Support upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
• Prepare technical documentation, code reviews, deployments, and change implementations.

• Troubleshooting platform incidents and defects, including root-cause analysis and permanent fixes
• Support for upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance
• Development and troubleshooting of integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs
• Technical documentation, code reviews, production deployments, and change implementation
