Job summary

• Solid ITSM knowledge: Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow development skills: Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and workflow automation.
• Hybrid work setup: 2x onsite per week, Day/Mid shift.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, technical support and administration.

• Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as other ServiceNow integration tools and technologies.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development tools, including Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.

• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and workflow automation.

• Hybrid setup (2x a week onsite) - Day/Mid shift.
