Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Web Developer for remote APAC work with EST night shifts. The role demands hands-on ServiceNow development, ITSM/CSM/FSM expertise, and strong JavaScript/ Glide scripting skills.

Applicants should have 3+ years of experience, HTML/CSS/AngularJS familiarity, and know SQL. ITIL and Agile exposure are desirable, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with ITSM, CSM, FSM, and related ServiceNow products.
• Proficient in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and SQL.
• ITIL knowledge and Agile development experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

ServiceNow Web Developer

Work Setup: Remote
Location: APAC
Schedule: EST Work Schedule / Night Shift

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

• Strong experience with ServiceNow products, particularly ITSM, CSM, and FSM. Experience with additional ServiceNow product lines is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide scripting.

• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub for system integrations.

• Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.

• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.

• Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices.

• Experience working within an Agile development environment.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and collaborate effectively within a team.

• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification
