Job summary

Nityo Infotech Limited is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and customize solutions across HRSD, ITSM, and Employee Center. The role requires 4+ years in ServiceNow with strong systems analysis and design skills, plus experience integrating systems via REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.

Hybrid work setup with on-site and remote days. Candidate should be capable of independent work in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication to present technical concepts concisely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization.
• Deep understanding and knowledge in Systems Analysis and Design.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, ITSM, and Employee Center.
• Experience in designing solutions that unify and streamline employee services across multiple departments is a plus.
• Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus; additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
• Experience in backend development C#, .Net, SQL, CloudRun are a plus
• Able to work independently and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication, skills and being able to present technical concepts concisely.

Job description

Mode- Hybrid - 2 days onsite and 3 days remote or if candidate want to go 8 days in a month instead of every week.. will also be okay.
