Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and administering ServiceNow Performance Analytics for ITSM
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules including discovery, service mapping and event handling
• Advanced knowledge of ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, configuration management)
• Understanding of servers, networks, cloud platforms and databases to ensure resilient, secure deployments
• Experience working in hybrid work environments and coordinating architecture discussions across distributed teams
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate constraints into recommendations

Responsibilities

• Design scalable ServiceNow infrastructure architectures for ITSM ITOM and PA
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather infrastructure requirements for ServiceNow solutions
• Configure and optimize ServiceNow Performance Analytics dashboards and data models
• Implement ITOM configurations including discovery service mapping and event management
• Review and modernize IT service workflows and technical designs
• Evaluate integration patterns between ServiceNow and external systems for secure data exchange
• Develop infrastructure standards for capacity planning performance tuning and HA
• Monitor system health metrics and propose remediation actions
• Document architecture blueprints baselines and operational playbooks
• Collaborate with security and compliance to embed controls in ServiceNow architectures
