Job summary

Ondaro is seeking a talented ServiceNow Pleno Technical Consultant – ITAM (SAM) to join our growing ServiceNow team. You will configure, develop, and support ServiceNow ITAM solutions, with a primary focus on Software Asset Management (SAM).

You will help organizations improve software compliance, optimize licensing costs, enhance asset visibility, and maintain high-quality asset data across the platform. Ondaro offers a robust benefits package and supports your education and career development,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM solutions, especially SAM Pro.
• Solid understanding of software licensing concepts and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with data governance, reconciliations, and license management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support ServiceNow ITAM solutions with focus on SAM Pro.
• Develop workflows, automations, notifications, and business rules for software asset lifecycles.
• Configure and maintain license management, normalization, reconciliation, and compliance tracking.
• Support software asset governance with accurate entitlement and inventory data.
• Develop integrations with external systems and data sources (SCCM, Intune, Discovery, AD).
• Assist in software compliance reviews, audits, and optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Ensure security, accuracy, and traceability of software asset data.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
• Contribute to ITAM practice continuous improvement.
