Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow applications and workflows. You will work on ITSM processes, CMDB data, and platform enhancements, collaborating with international teams and business stakeholders.

You will configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes, and drive automation via Flow Designer and IntegrationHub. Experience in REST/SOAP APIs and end-to-end deployments (DEV/QA/PROD) is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 5–7 years hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, administration and support.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and platform solutions.
• Configure and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes.
• Develop workflow automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog.
• Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Manage and maintain the CMDB and related platform data.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions and improvements.
