Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant/Infra Dev Specialist to design and advance enterprise ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ITOM, and IT operations. The role focuses on implementing PA analytics, dashboards, and resilient hybrid infrastructure delivery with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities include configuring ITOM, developing ITSM workflows, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering stable day-shift operations with thorough documentation and governance

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow PA for ITSM to design analytics solutions.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM including discovery and service mapping.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM practices to build robust workflows.
• Six to eight years in infrastructure and ServiceNow development roles.
• Understanding of hybrid work models and day shift operations.
• Familiarity with integration patterns, data management and scripting in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow PA for ITSM dashboards and reports.
• Configure ITOM discovery and service mapping for visibility into infrastructure across hybrid environments.
• Develop ITSM workflows for incident, problem and change.
• Collaborate with platform owners to translate complex business requirements into configurations.
• Monitor platform performance and apply tuning for stability.
• Create technical documentation for configurations and procedures.
• Integrate PA for ITSM with data sources to measure KPIs.
• Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment for enhancements.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues.
• Coordinate with security to embed controls into workflows.
• Support hybrid work using remote-friendly tools.
• Contribute to improvements using ServiceNow data to reduce outages.
• Review PA reporting and ITOM health metrics regularly.
