Job summary

Confidential is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with emphasis on the ITSM and CSM domains. The role requires strong scripting, integration, and workflow management capabilities, as well as proficiency with Service Portal and Advanced Work Assignment modules.

The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience, knowledge of REST APIs, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow, especially in ITSM and CSM.
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs, REST integrations, and Scripted REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience using JIRA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication and collaboration abilities.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are preferred but not required
