Job summary

ProV International PH seeks a ServiceNow DevOps Engineer to manage and enhance ServiceNow instances across IT, Finance, HR and related groups. You will implement, administer, upgrade, and support the platform in a DevOps environment.

Candidates should have 4–6 years’ ServiceNow experience, strong scripting (JavaScript, HTML/CSS), ITIL knowledge, and experience with Service Portal, Knowledge Base, Discovery, SSO (Azure AD/SAML), and integrations with 3rd party tools.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience implementing and administering ServiceNow solutions.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XHTML, LDAP/Active Directory and other web apps or protocols.
• Experience with Service Portal/ESC, Knowledge Base, MID Server Deployment & Config, SSO using Azure AD/SAML, Discovery, Asset/Software Asset Management, Workflows, Notifications, Online Approvals, Reports, Dashboards, Survey & Assessments, Flow Designer, Performance Analytics, and 3rd party tool integrations.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer requirements for ServiceNow implementations and improvements.
• Design solutions and write user stories capturing the envisioned work.
• Develop, configure and upgrade ServiceNow features; ensure ITIL-aligned processes and best practices.
