Job summary

ProV International PH is seeking a ServiceNow DevOps Engineer to contribute to day-to-day operations, administration, upgrades, and enhancements of ServiceNow instances across the organization. You will work with the ServiceNow SME and DevOps team to plan, prioritize, and deliver solutions for IT, Finance, HR, and Payroll services.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience with ServiceNow, strong scripting and web tech skills, and familiarity with DevOps practices, ITIL guidelines, and

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience implementing and administering ServiceNow solutions.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XHTML, LDAP/Active Directory, and other web applications or protocols.
• Experience with Service Portal/ESC, Knowledge Base, MID Server Deployment & Config, SSO using Azure AD/SAML, Discovery, Asset/Software Asset Management, Workflows, Notifications, Dashboards, Reports, Flow Designer, Performance Analytics, and third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer requirements.
• Design solutions and write user stories for dev work.
• Develop and update ServiceNow functionality following ITIL standards and best practices.
• Support QA, deployment, release management, and testing (system, regression, performance, load).
• Maintain issue tracking and document resolutions; handle support requests.
• Communicate with stakeholders and support teams; lead meetings when needed.
• Produce regular team reporting and contribute to continuous service improvement.
