We are hiring for Sr ServiceNow Developers for a client in BGC

This is a hybrid role following a midshift schedule with a salary of up to 100K based on experience and hiring results

Job Summary

The ServiceNow Developer will play a primary role in the management and oversight of ServiceNow environments, providing development, integration, maintenance and operations skills. This team member will possess ServiceNow system development and system administration skills, including experience developing, integrating and administering a ServiceNow ITSM solution in a cloud-based environment. This position requires a breadth of technical knowledge and experience as well as excellent customer service, task ownership, multi-tasking and team communications skills.

The scope of the role includes two primary functions:

• Administration of ServiceNow instances;
• Configuration / development of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules as well as any future modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
• 5+ years of ServiceNow System Administration/Developer experience in an enterprise environment.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow ITSM/ITBM/ITOM experience preferred
• 3+ years of ServiceNow CMDB/Discovery preferred
• Expertise in ServiceNow starting with the Geneva release, up to and including Madrid and New York.
• Knowledge and experience of JavaScript / HTML / CSS / AJAX/ Angular/ Bootstrap / Jelly Script
• ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset).
• ServiceNow Systems Administrator Certification preferred
• ITOM, Sec Ops, and CSM experience also a plus
• Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes
• Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions.
• Understanding and experience with agile software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum).
