Job summary

Stefanini, Inc. in Pasay, Philippines, is seeking a ServiceNow Systems Admin II to automate routine tasks and design/maintain forms, workflows, catalog items, dashboards, metrics and reports within ServiceNow.

You will ensure data interfaces and monitor system health while delivering solutions on time and budget. Responsibilities include applying release/change processes, training clients, maintaining documentation, and staying current with industry trends to provide high-quality client

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in ServiceNow development/administration
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and SaaS architecture
• Knowledge of IT service management and ITIL service operations and transition processes
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes
• Experience with web UI development technologies (HTML5, CSS3, AJAX)
• Experience with ITIL processes: Incident, Service Request, Problem, Change, Configuration

Responsibilities

• Automate routine tasks in ServiceNow including forms, workflows, catalog items, metrics, SLAs, reports and dashboards
• Follow predefined release and change management processes
• Improve processes, standards, policies and tools
• Provide guidance and training on system usage to clients and end users
• Load, transform and maintain data interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems
• Monitor logs, performance and health of ServiceNow instances
• Deliver tasks on time and within budget
• Write and maintain documentation related to application administration and configuration

Job Requirements Details:
