Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field and 1-2 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficient in REST, JavaScript, and HTML for application development.
• Familiar with ITSM/ITIL practices and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in administration/configuration of ServiceNow modules.
• Develop new solutions or enhancements using ServiceNow tools and scripting languages.
• Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests per SLA and policy.
• Create dashboards/reports and advise customers on features.
• Create and execute ATF test cases and document results.
• Create/maintain documentation and provide user coaching.
