Job summary

Reed Elsevier Philippines seeks a ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance the ServiceNow platform across modules, delivering automation and process improvements. You will resolve incidents and handle service requests within SLAs, while collaborating with internal customers to build dashboards and training materials.

This hybrid role reports to IT, based in Quezon City with monthly on-site reporting at UP AyalaLand TechnoHub, Commonwealth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years ServiceNow development experience.
• Familiarity with ITIL ITSM practices.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the administration and configuration of the ServiceNow application modules.
• Resolve Incidents and fulfill Service Requests and Stories according to defined SLA and policies.
• Consult with customers regarding ServiceNow features and functions.
• Engage with customers to create Dashboards and Reports (as requested).
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases utilizing ATF.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• All other duties as assigned.
