Job summary

RELX International in the Philippines is seeking a ServiceNow Developer I to support, enhance, and configure ServiceNow modules, handling incidents and service requests within SLAs. You will develop automation using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and web services to improve processes and user experiences.

You will build dashboards and reports, create training materials, and run ATF-based automated tests, while documenting solutions and guiding users through coaching sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field.
• 1–2 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficient in REST, JavaScript and HTML.
• Familiar with ITSM and ITIL practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience troubleshooting ServiceNow issues.
• Familiarity with CMDB schema and CI classes; REST integrations.
• Knowledge of Public Cloud concepts and Agile methods.
• Ability to learn enterprise AI tools for workflows.

Responsibilities

• Participate in administration and configuration of ServiceNow modules.
• Develop new solutions or enhancements using ServiceNow tools and scripting languages.
• Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests per SLA and policies.
• Consult with customers on features and functions.
• Engage with customers to create dashboards and reports.
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases using ATF.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• All other duties as assigned.
