Job summary

Accenture is actively seeking motivated ServiceNow Developers to contribute technical and functional expertise in delivering ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop scalable applications, and support platform enhancements across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate is passionate about automation and continuous improvement within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture experience.
Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, ITAM, SecOps or IRM modules.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, configuration, and customization.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate business needs, and recommend ServiceNow-based solutions.
Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
Support Agile delivery teams by building high-quality solutions aligned with sprint goals and business priorities.
Perform unit testing, deployment activities, and post-implementation support.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs, configurations, and application enhancements.
Build and enhance ServiceNow modules using industry best practices and established development standards.
