Job summary

Qualifications

ServiceNow development or architecture experience on the ServiceNow platform.
Experience with ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM.
Familiarity with agile or Scrum; GenAI is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan, analyze, define and support the implementation of ServiceNow products.
Design, build, and configure ServiceNow applications.
Work in an agile environment to deliver value across projects.
Develop code, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions following ITIL and best practices.
Identify and resolve issues and perform impact analysis and testing for patches and upgrades.
Document deliverables and maintain standards.
