Qualifications

• Required: ServiceNow development/architecture on the ServiceNow platform and its core product lines (ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM).
• 1 year or more of ServiceNow development/architecture experience.
• Nice to have: Agile/Scrum experience; GenAI knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support ServiceNow implementations.
• Design, build and configure ServiceNow applications.
• Work with an agile mindset to deliver value across multiple projects.
• Apply automation ideas to improve processes and productivity.
• Develop code, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions following ITIL and best practices.
• Identify issues and mitigate risks proactively.
