Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions seeks an ITSM ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and implement ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will configure workflows, SLAs, forms, approvals, and notifications, using Flow Designer and scripting, while aligning with ITIL practices and Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience in ITSM process implementation (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request).
• Strong knowledge of ITSM modules and ServiceNow customization best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and analytical skills.

ITSM ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, configuring, coding, and implementing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a core focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. The ideal candidate has deep hands‑on experience in ITSM process implementation, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog, and can translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities
